Mahipal Rav (CSM®)

Mahipal Rav has a diverse work experience in project management, sales, and operations. They began their career as a Travel Expert at MakeMyTrip.com in 2012, where they diagnosed client specifications and sold travel packages. They then moved on to SOTC Travel Ltd. as an Operations Executive, managing travel desk operations and ensuring adherence to travel policy.

In 2015, Mahipal joined MakeMyTrip.com again, this time as a Relationship Manager, where they set up meetings with new clients, researched new products and regulations, and looked for new sales opportunities. They exceeded business objectives and ensured customer service satisfaction.

Continuing their career in the travel industry, Mahipal joined FCM Travel India in 2016 as a Senior Executive, liaising with clients to discuss travel requirements, advising on suitable options, and preparing customized itineraries. They were later promoted to Assistant Manager, where they dealt with customer queries and complaints, prepared promotional materials, and conducted planning events.

In 2019, Mahipal joined Rush Holidays Private Limited as a Manager - Sales and Operations, responsible for international holiday sales, creating new products and tour itineraries, and managing a team for sales and operations.

They then transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator at Vsourz in 2021, where they built relationships with clients, standardized project reporting, and provided feedback on developments.

In 2022, Mahipal became an Assistant Project Manager at Ansi ByteCode LLP, serving as a Scrum Master, a business analyst, and defining project scope and goals.

Currently, Mahipal is working as a Project Coordinator at TRooInbound Private Limited, assisting in project planning, coordinating tasks, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.

Throughout their career, Mahipal has demonstrated skills in project management, customer service, sales, and team management.

Mahipal Rav (CSM®) completed their education at Mohanlal Sukhadia University, where they earned a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree in Computer Science from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued their secondary education at the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan from 2007 to 2008, focusing on Geography, Arts, and Politics.

In addition to their academic achievements, Mahipal Rav has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they obtained the ABACUS Professional certification from Sabre Corporation. More recently, in October 2022, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in April 2020, they acquired various certifications including "15 Secrets Successful People Know About Time Management (getAbstract Summary)", "Asserting Yourself, an Empowered Choice", "Creating a Business Plan", "Empathy for Sales Professionals", "Learning Personal Branding", "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers", and "Values and Ethics: Case Studies in Action" which were obtained through LinkedIn.
