Rochelle Ford

Rochelle Ford has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Trooli since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rochelle worked as a Talent and HR Business Partner at Ferns Group for a brief period in October 2023, and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at OBI next via BOOSTA from September 2022 to October 2023. Rochelle's earlier career includes positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at OSB Group (July 2017 - July 2022), HR Advisor at Hochiki Europe (UK) Limited (March 2017 - July 2017), and Human Resources Coordinator at Berry Gardens Ltd.
