Bill O'brien

A 22-year veteran of Troon, Bill has been in the golf club and hospitality industry for nearly three decades and has served in a wide range of roles, from greens maintenance and outside services to his first leadership role at the Arizona Biltmore Country Club, before culminating his field career as the general manager of a top 100 club in San Diego.

His interest in the science of decision making and economics drives his passion to build a culture of sales and retention by providing insight into why people make the decisions they do.
