Cathy Oshann

Cathy Oshann has extensive experience in human resources and operational compliance, currently serving as the Director of Operational Compliance at Troon since October 2013, where previous roles included Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes positions at US Airways from June 2011 to April 2014 as a Recruiter, HR Generalist, and Benefits Coordinator, as well as a role in human resources at Arizona Heart Institute from July 2004 to March 2011. Cathy holds a Master's of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, a Human Resource Certificate from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Arizona.
