David Plevin

David Plevin is an accomplished food and beverage professional with extensive experience in management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage at Troon since March 2023, David focuses on elevating performance and implementing localized training strategies. Prior to this role, David was the General Manager at Eagle Harbor Golf Club, where operations were revamped, resulting in improved service and revenue. David’s previous positions include Director of Operations at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, where significant labor cost reductions were achieved, and Director of Operations at Longhorn Steakhouse, noted for successfully opening multiple locations and achieving high sales volumes. David also held leadership roles at Quaker Steak & Lube, The Cheesecake Factory, Boulder Creek Steaks and Saloon, Outback Steakhouse, and The Melting Pot Restaurants, demonstrating a consistent track record of improving profitability and operational efficiency. David attended St. Petersburg College and completed a continuing education course in Human Resources Management at Cornell University.
