Monica Fedri

Monica Fedri, MBA, serves as the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage at Troon, where responsibilities encompass extensive oversight of food and beverage operations across a variety of golf resorts and social clubs. With a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, Monica has held significant roles, including Project Manager and Manager of Facilities Application Training at RealFood Hospitality, Strategy and Design, as well as Director of Restaurants and Bars at The Westin Maui Resort and Spa, and various management positions at Hilton Hawaiian Village and Starbucks Coffee Company. Monica holds an MBA in International Business from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
