Amy Sloane, M.Ed., is an accomplished training and development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Troop Member at TroopHR since May 2024, Amy previously acted as Learning and Development Program Manager at Montefiore Health System, where notable achievements included creating an Annual Review e-learning course and significantly improving compliance training completion rates. Previous positions include Manager of Training Programs and Manager of Learning Technologies at Affiliates Risk Management Services, alongside roles at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, and SIFMA, where Amy developed comprehensive training programs and utilized innovative learning technologies. Amy holds a Master of Education in Training and Development from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
