Barbara Lovejoy

Barbara Lovejoy, SHRM-CP, PHR, possesses over 15 years of extensive experience in human resources, focusing on employee relations, organizational development, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Past President of the Central Maine Human Resource Association, Barbara has held various leadership roles, including President and President Elect, contributing to the professional development of the HR community. As Co-Owner of Elevator Evolution and Director of Human Resources at GoNetspeed, Barbara continues to impact organizational culture and employee engagement. Previous positions include Director of Organizational Development at FastMed Urgent Care and Human Resources Consultant at Central Maine Healthcare, where Barbara provided expertise in HR operations and employee relations. Barbara holds a BS in Leadership Organizational Studies from the University of Southern Maine.
