Brittany F. is an experienced professional, currently serving as the Founder of Gray Space since February 2022, where the focus is to empower women with resources and support throughout their personal and professional journeys, particularly around pregnancy. Brittany also contributes as a member of TroopHR and has held various leadership roles in people operations, including Director of People Operations at Mynd and Head of People & Talent at Voxie. Prior experience includes positions at MainStreet, Device42, CloserIQ, and St. Thomas Aquinas High School, where duties ranged from talent management to recruitment operations and coaching. Brittany holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in Sport and Fitness Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
