Caitlin Proctor is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of People at Banza since November 2020, Caitlin also holds the position of Founding Member at TroopHR, a national HR network aimed at empowering People professionals. Previously, Caitlin held various senior HR positions at Casper from 2016 to October 2020, including Senior Director of Human Resources. Additional experience includes roles at One Kings Lane, Alexis Bittar, kate spade, AlixPartners, and SoundThinking NY. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon and is a graduate of Iolani School.
