Candice Chafey

Candice Chafey is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Zeta Global since June 2022. Additionally, Candice is a member of Chief and a founding member of TroopHR, where efforts focus on empowering People professionals and fostering connections within the HR community. Previously, Candice held the role of Global Vice President and Head of People at Sisense and spent over a decade at Bridgewater Associates culminating as Chief Administrative Officer for Talent Management. Candice's expertise encompasses leadership coaching, strategic talent management, and employee relations, supported by a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
