Hannah Liberman

Hannah Liberman is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & People at Valstro since November 2024. Additionally, Hannah is a member of Open Org and a co-founder and partner at Cowgirl Advisory Group, which assists early-stage companies in optimizing their strategies and operations. Hannah has held various roles in HR, including as a founding member of TroopHR and as Director of People and Talent at Equi. Previous positions include Head of People at LEX and Director of People Operations at CB4, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruitment and employee engagement. Hannah's career also features experience in project management at GDS International and a development role at The Jaffa Institute. Hannah holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance and Dance Teacher Education from Marymount Manhattan College.
