Joy Young

Joy Young, MBA, currently serves as VP of People at Author Health and is a founding member of TroopHR, a national HR network designed to empower People Professionals. With a diverse background in human resources management, Joy has held leadership roles at organizations such as Suzy, Slice, AiCure, and MoneyLion, focusing on strategic initiatives, employee relations, and talent management. Joy's earlier experience includes significant positions at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities encompassed HR business partnering, global mobility, and recruitment management. Joy earned a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
