Maria Salas-Fofanah

Maria Salas-Fofanah, SHRM CP, is currently a Troop Member at TroopHR, a national HR network focused on empowering People professionals. With over a decade of experience at Housing Works, Maria has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of People, Director of Training and Employee Experience, Associate Director of Staff Development, Associate Director of Fundraising Events, and Social Enterprise Manager. Maria holds a BFA in Painting from the Rhode Island School of Design, attained in 2009, and a high school diploma from Middletown High School South, completed in 2005.
