Naomi Honig

Naomi Honig, SPHR, is a seasoned People Operations consultant and founder of Three Hive Strategy, where expertise is applied in building scalable internal foundations for startups and growing businesses. Honig is also a founding member of TroopHR, a national network aimed at empowering HR professionals, and a member of Chief, a private organization focused on advancing women into leadership positions. Honig previously served as VP of People & Culture at The Pro's Closet and held similar roles at Caliper Foods and Stillwater Brands. Earlier career experience includes HR Director and Assistant General Manager at The Kitchen Restaurant Group, as well as founding Birch Benders Micro-Pancakery. Honig holds a degree in Nutrition, Public Health & Food Studies from New York University and a certification as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
