Harm Koch has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial sector. Harm worked as an Account Director International and Corporate Valuations at Troostwijk from 2013 onwards. In this role, they prepared professional reports and provided consultancy services to clients across different sectors.

Prior to this, Harm worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. for several years. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Manager in the Regio Verzekerings Unit, where they were responsible for insurance operations. Before that, they held the position of Manager in the Verzekerings Adviesgroep Zaken from 2006 to 2009.

Earlier in their career, Harm Koch worked at Delta Lloyd. Harm was an Account Manager for Participaties from 2001 to 2006, overseeing investments. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Manager for Schadeverzekeringen from 1997 to 2001, handling damage insurance.

Harm Koch's education history starts in 1988 when they attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Marketing Management in 1992. Harm then attended Leiden University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Master of Laws degree in Business Law.

In 1997, Harm Koch enrolled at NIBE SVV and pursued a degree in Assurantien, which they completed in 2016. Additionally, they also completed a course in Solvency II at NIBE SVV in 2013.

Harm Koch attended the University of Amsterdam from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Insurance and Risk.

Throughout their educational journey, Harm Koch also completed various certification programs. In 2012, they received a certification in Prince2 Foundation. Harm also completed a course in Business Process Management at Cap Gemini in the same year.
