Harry Zingstra began their work experience in 1992 as a Makelaar-taxateur at Steenhuis Makelaars Assen. Harry worked there until 2000 when they became the Directeur-makelaar at Makelaardij Midden Drenthe. After that, in 2003, they held the role of Valuer Commercial Real Estate at De Lage Landen Vastgoed Financiering until the end of the year. In the same year, they also started working at FGH Bank as a Taxateur oz until 2006. Currently, Harry works at Troostwijk Taxaties as a Valuer Commercial Real Estate, starting from September 2006.

Harry Zingstra has a varied education history. From 2009 to 2009, they attended DGBC Assessor Breeam.NL, where they studied to become an Assessor and expert in Breeam.NL. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they studied BRE Commercial Real Estate at NVM-SOM. In 1989, they attended NVMSOM at Windesheim Zwolle and studied to become a makelaar oz (real estate broker). In 1987, they studied stedebouwkundige techniek (urban planning) at HTO post Stedebouwkundige techniek Zwolle. Additionally, from 1981 to 1982, they attended MTS Weg- en waterbouwkunde Emmen, where they likely studied weg- en waterbouwkunde (civil engineering related to roads and water). Harry also attended MTS Bouwkunde Hoogeveen from 1977 to 1981, where they studied bouwkunde (construction engineering). Lastly, they completed their secondary education at Mavo Beilen from 1973 to 1977.
