Kristin Woodward

Kristin Woodward has an extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Kristin currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Trophy Signature Homes since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Sales and Area Sales Manager at the same company. Kristin also has experience as a Community Sales Manager at Trophy Signature Homes from July 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining Trophy Signature Homes, Kristin worked as a Sales Consultant at K. Hovnanian® Homes from October 2014 to January 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Sales Consultant at David Weekley Homes from January 2011 to October 2014.

Kristin also has experience in real estate professional and property management roles. Kristin worked as a Real Estate Professional at Keller Williams Realty- Dallas Preston Road from June 2010 to January 2011. Prior to that, they worked in property management at Capstone Real Estate Services from July 2005 to July 2009.

Kristin Woodward attended Allen High School from 1999 to 2002. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Texas State University, where they studied advertising and psychology.
