Gilad Gershon

Gilad Gershon's work experience includes serving as the CEO at Tropic since June 2016. Gilad is currently a Board Member at Laverock Therapeutics, starting from December 2021. Previously, they worked as a Senior Investment Associate at Aliment Capital from March 2014 to September 2016 and as an Investment Associate at Grovepoint Capital LLP from November 2011 to October 2013. Before entering the private sector, Gilad served in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces as an Israel Navy Ship Commander, holding the rank of Lt. Commander (Ret.) from January 2001 to May 2007.

Gilad Gershon's education history begins in 2001 when they attended the Israeli Naval Academy, where they obtained a degree in Naval Officer. Gilad then pursued their higher education at Tel Aviv University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Most recently, from 2013 to 2015, Gershon attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management. During their time there, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship.
