Jodie Plom began their work experience in March 2015 as an Internal Resourcing Advisor at CVS Group Plc. Jodie then progressed to roles such as Senior HR Administrator, HR Admin Team Leader, and finally HR Administrator until June 2023. In May 2023, they joined Tropic as an HR & Payroll Officer.
