Matthew Pringle

Matthew Pringle is a finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Director of Finance at Tropic, Matthew has also held the position of Fractional CFO at Bridging Tables since 2020. Prior to that, Matthew was a Senior Finance Manager at Versapay, where responsibilities included enhancing data visibility for Go To Market functions and improving reporting for C-suite executives. Matthew's earlier roles included Finance Business Partner and Corporate FP&A Manager at Smarsh, where significant achievements included establishing a financial model for professional services utilization and managing M&A integrations. Additionally, Matthew served as a Finance Manager, developing budgeting processes and leading a substantial SBA PPP Loan Application. Matthew's career also includes experience at Outsource CFO, overseeing financial transitions during acquisitions and establishing budgets for SaaS companies. Matthew holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Vanderbilt University and a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Emory University.
