Richard Helber

Richard Helber has extensive work experience in the financial industry, holding various leadership roles in different organizations. Richard started their career in 1980 as the VP of Financial Operations at U.S. Central Credit Union. In 1991, they became the President and CEO of Central Corporate Credit Union, a position they held until 2010. From 2000 to 2010, they served as the Executive Vice President and CFO at GTE Financial. In 2010, they joined Tropical Financial Credit Union as the President and CEO, eventually becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 2011. Richard retired in 2023.

Richard Helber completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1976 and 1980.
