Juan San Juan Roman has extensive experience in sales and customer support within the travel and hospitality industry. Currently serving as a sales representative at Tropical Incentives DMC since November 2022, Juan has held multiple positions since December 2019, including roles at Mexico Travel Solutions and Mexico Travel Group as a sales representative and area sales representative, respectively. Previous experience includes sales support at Otium International, assisting guests at Paradisus Cancún, and managing passenger arrivals and departures at Sunwing. Juan also contributed to quality control at Real Club Resorts and handled transportation services for Brazilian passengers at AT Travel. Early in the career, roles included member services support at Sunset World Hotels & Resorts and a culinary position at Universidad del Caribe, where Juan earned a degree in Gastronomy and Administration from 2009 to 2013.
