Currently serving as Financial Director at Tropical Labs since November 2021, Isabelle oversees the finance department, focusing on financial strategy, compliance, risk management, and accurate reporting. Previous roles at Caen j'aime ma peau included positions such as Financial Controller and Assistant to Finance Director, where responsibilities spanned financial operations, treasury management, budgeting, and compliance oversight. An early career as an Analyst at Algotherm supplemented practical knowledge gained during education at Université Grenoble Alpes and IÉSEG School of Management, where Isabelle earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services, respectively.
