Cheryl Reed

Cheryl Reed has over 20 years of diverse experience in the payroll and customer service sectors. Currently serving as an Account Coordinator at Tropical Shipping since April 2020, Cheryl previously held various roles, including Inland Operations Coordinator and Customer Service Representative. Cheryl's background includes a decade at TBC Corporation, where roles included Benefits Analyst and Payroll Team Lead, focused on administering payroll systems for hourly and salaried employees. Earlier experience includes positions at Philips, where payroll responsibilities encompassed expatriate payroll management and short-term disability pay for a substantial employee base. Additional payroll support experience was gained at G4S for a large workforce in a call center environment. Cheryl began their career at Philips as a Recruitment Coordinator, contributing to recruitment processes for North America while also participating in disaster recovery efforts related to payroll administration. Education includes completion of high school at William T. Dwyer High School.
