Kenia Carmona has over 24 years of experience working at Tropical Shipping. Kenia started their career in 1997 as a Sales Coordinator and later became a Sales Consultant in 2008. In 2015, Kenia was promoted to the role of South Florida Sales Manager and then advanced to Director of South Florida Sales in June 2023. Kenia has extensive experience in sales and has played an integral role in the growth and success of the company.

Kenia Carmona pursued their education at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2012, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Afterwards, from 2013 to 2014, they continued their studies at the University of Phoenix and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
