Brian Blosser

Brian Blosser serves as the VP of Design & Construction at Tropical Smoothie Cafe since January 2019. Previously, Blosser was the VP of Development & Construction at Pei Wei from May 2018 to January 2019, where responsibilities included strategic planning and brand growth for the $400 million quick service chain. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Development & Construction at Krystal Restaurants LLC, overseeing strategic initiatives for a $550 million brand, and holding senior director roles at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc., and Church’s Chicken. Brian Blosser holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Marshall University and a BS in Business and Marketing from The University of Akron.
