Deborah von Kutzleben currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, a position held since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading marketing, brand strategy, advertising, and product development to drive growth. Prior to this role, Deborah held multiple positions at Arby's from July 2018 to November 2021, culminating as VP of Brand Strategy, Advertising, and Menu, and was actively involved in various brand strategy initiatives. Deborah's extensive experience at BBDO Worldwide spanned over two decades, with roles including EVP and Sr. Director, overseeing an integrated team for AT&T Business Solutions, as well as SVP and Sr. Group Account Director, managing significant advertising accounts. Earlier experience includes serving as Account Executive at N.W. Ayer, where Deborah managed advertising development for AT&T and was instrumental in launching the first-ever banner ad with Wired Magazine. Deborah holds a BA in Journalism/Advertising from The University of Georgia.

On National Flip Flop Day, we raise funds to benefit Camp Sunshine and customers who visit our Cafes wearing flip flops between 2pm - 7pm receive a FREE smoothie. It's a great day to bring on the sunshine in the lives of children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. Today, we have over 1,000 franchise locations in more than 45 states and customers continue to fall in love with Tropical Smoothie Cafe as a destination for flavor.
