Mohamad Lotfy Bin Mohamad Noh

Dato’ Mohamad Lotfy Bin Mohamad Noh holds an Advance Diploma in Business Studies from Universiti Teknologi MARA (“UiTM”) and a Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom.

He started his career in the banking industry before moving into property development in 1990 and subsequently served in four leading property companies which included MK Associates Sdn Bhd, Land & General Berhad, Golden Hope Properties Sdn Bhd, and Island & Peninsular Berhad.

Dato’ Mohamad Lotfy is currently an independent board member of Johor Land Berhad and Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd and holds a wealth of experience in the property industry including mobilising various joint ventures with local developers such as Iskandar Development in Johor, YTL, WCT, and the affordable housing projects in Penang.

His expertise lies in breakthrough leadership thinking as well as business and value-add development with strong credibility in property development including investment, finance, and marketing sectors.

He is an authority on managing growth and increasing shareholder value, joining the Property Investment Division of the Employees Provident Fund Board (“EPF”) as General Manager in 2005. At EPF, Dato’ Mohamad Lofty managed mega property deals of over RM5 billion in GDV. It was also in EPF where he had established overseas property ventures for the fund’s multi-billion ringgit investment portfolio and pioneered the property acquisition in the United Kingdom and Australia where he was instrumental in setting up the base foundations of the investments. He also led the property investment team of EPF in the acquisition of the last prime piece of land in Sungai Buloh with a projected GDV of RM50 billion.

Since 2011, Dato’ Mohamad Lofty was the Managing Director of Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EPF and the master developer for township development of Kwasa Damansara in Selangor, noted to be one of the largest developments in the state until his retirement in March 2020.
