Javier Turull has extensive work experience in supply chain management and logistics. Javier started their career as a Logistics Operations Intern at Decathlon International in April 2014. From October 2014 to August 2015, they worked as a Supply Chain Project Manager, followed by a role as a Logistic Department Manager from September 2015 to August 2016. In August 2016, they became a Warehouse Manager at Decathlon International, where they were responsible for managing the supply chain of 250 stores in China. Some of their key responsibilities included ensuring health and safety standards, leading and supporting a team of 400 people, recruiting and developing talents, planning long-term actions, and defining and managing key performance indicators. Javier also played a crucial role in supporting retail omnichannel growth and driving continuous process improvement. In December 2018, Javier Turull joined Tropicfeel as the Chief Operating Officer.

Javier Turull attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2009 to 2014, where they studied Industrial Engineering. In 2013, they also pursued a Master's Degree in International Management at École Centrale de Lille. During the same year, Javier Turull studied Business Analysis and Valuation with a focus on Financial Markets at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
