Ytzia Belausteguigoitia has extensive work experience in the business world. Ytzia began their career in 2005 as a Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney. In 2006, they moved to Volaris as an Analyst Project Management. In 2007, they became an Advisor to the Secretary at the Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transportes. In 2009, they were appointed Chief of Staff at the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores. In 2013, they became a Principal at ALLVP - Antoni & Lelo de Larrea Venture Partners and a Co-Founder at Troquer, where they were responsible for introducing, developing, and inspiring the Latam market into adopting a circular consumption model. In 2016, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer and Co-CEO of Troquer.

Ytzia Belausteguigoitia has an extensive educational background. Ytzia obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from IPADE Business School between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they received an Industrial Engineering degree from Iberoamericana between 2001 and 2006, and a Diploma in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2003. Ytzia also holds a Maths Baccalaureate Diploma from Lycée Franco Mexicain, which they earned between 1987 and 2001. Additionally, Ytzia attended Lycee Francais de Toronto from 1996 to 1998. Ytzia also has two additional certifications, the Google Startup Academy from Google obtained in April 2022, and the Brains and Guts of Decision Making from Stanford University Graduate School of Business obtained in March 2022.
