•	Provide counsel to Private Equity and Investment companies on midstream opportunities, advise businesses on third party storage and logistics
•	Consult with midstream clients to develop and execute strategic, needs-based solutions. Offer opportunity assessment, strategic project development & execution, and contract negotiation & management.
•	Craft successful customer development and terminal utilization plans; identify gaps and develop strategies to correct asset stagnation and enable competitive performance in aggressive markets. 
•	Provide M&A expertise to enable sound decisions with optimal return on investment. Lead due diligence activities, analyzing customers, contracts, revenue, proforma, and upside potential.
•	Design and implement lean operational strategy that maximizes efficiencies across resource utilization, team development, and cost reduction. 
•	Provide expert opinion and witness testimony in legal matters to guide issue evaluation and facilitate successful resolution.
