Ralph Welch

Ralph Welch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the HVAC and service management industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Trotter & Morton Group of Companies since January 2009, Ralph leads a dedicated team to achieve company goals while fostering a positive work environment. Previously, Ralph held the positions of Vice President of Service and Corporate Safety Manager at TCMS - A Trotter & Morton Company from January 2014 to June 2019, emphasizing safety across the organization. Ralph's career includes roles as Service Manager at TCMS Corp and Metal Masters, Inc., where Ralph advanced from a Service Technician. Ralph began their professional journey as an HVAC Service Technician with United Mechanical Contractors and served as a Machinist Mate in the US Navy from 1984 to 1988. Ralph obtained an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Columbia Southern University between 2014 and 2016.
