Emma Houston

Emma Houston is a seasoned sustainability professional with extensive experience in sustainability consulting and assessment. Currently serving as a Project Associate at Troup Bywaters + Anders since January 2023, Emma previously held the position of Senior Sustainability Consultant and BREEAM Assessor at Atelier Ten from January 2020 to January 2023. Emma's expertise includes delivering sustainability assessments for new build developments, utilizing certifications such as BREEAM, HQM, Ecohomes, and Code for Sustainable Homes, stemming from a role as a Sustainability Consultant at TÜV SÜD from September 2015 to October 2019. Emma began the career at DSSR as a Sustainability Assistant in 2012 and has since gained valuable experience in various roles, including BREEAM Assessor and volunteer work, while holding degrees in Geography from the University of Glasgow and Leadership for Sustainable Development from Queen's University Belfast.
