James Fraser

James Fraser serves as the Oregon Policy Director for Trout Unlimited since April 2016, overseeing the organization's policy initiatives in Oregon. Prior experience includes roles such as Oregon Policy Advisor, where advocacy for fish and water conservation issues was key, and various legal positions, including Attorney at Immix Law and Associate Attorney at Bryant, Lovlien & Jarvis, PC, focusing on business and real estate matters. Fraser has also contributed to environmental advocacy as a volunteer representative and conservation co-chair with Trout Unlimited's Oregon Council.
