Lanie Taylor Pontz

Lanie Taylor Pontz is an experienced professional in technology training and managed services, currently serving as the Technology Training Manager at Troutman Pepper since September 2021 and as the Director of Managed Services at Encoretech since 2019. Lanie has been an Independent Training Consultant with Taylored Training Solutions since June 2009, focusing on training law firm personnel in software applications, curriculum design, and user support.
