Solomon Hunter Jr.

Solomon counsels clients with respect to an array of strategic business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, start-up and venture capital financings, corporate carve-outs, financing transactions, and restructurings and reorganizations. During his more than 20 years of practicing, Solomon has managed a range of complex transactions for clients in a variety of industries, including human and pet foods, chemicals, cosmetics, life sciences, health care, equipment and financial services industries. He also counsels clients with respect to strategic corporate, commercial agreements and corporate governance matters.

In addition, he counsels clients on raising capital through private and public securities offerings and businesses in connection with outsourcing, supply, purchasing and manufacturing and other commercial arrangements.

Solomon is also a member of the firm’s Management Team and Policy Committee. Before attending law school, Solomon held a variety of business positions with IBM Corporation.
