Anand Sundaresan

Anand Sundaresan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the chemical and nutrition industries. As the Managing Director for North America at Trouw Nutrition since August 2025, Anand leads strategic initiatives in the nutrition sector. Prior to that, from January 2022 to March 2025, Anand served as Senior Vice President-Head of Clean Sugar Platform at Green Plains Inc., where responsibilities included establishing the Clean Sugar Business and utilizing innovative Clean Sugar Technology TM. Anand's previous roles include Vice President for Asia Pacific Human Nutrition and Health at DSM, where transformational leadership was applied to a $500 million business, and various leadership positions at The Dow Chemical Company, overseeing global business strategies and profitability across multiple regions. Anand holds an MBA in Economics and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering.
