Balaji V. serves as the Cofounder and Chief Technology Officer at Trova Health, focusing on transforming mental health care with technology solutions aimed at enhancing accessibility and cultural alignment. Previously, Balaji held various leadership roles, including VP of Technology at Care XM, where responsibilities expanded to systems operations and data analytics, and Senior Director of Software Engineering and Data Analytics at Progrexion, leading a team of data professionals. Balaji has experience as an Adjunct Faculty for Information Systems at the University of Phoenix, and has managed software engineering teams at UnitedHealth Group and CHG Healthcare Services, successfully implementing application upgrades and stabilizing legacy systems. Early career experience includes software development at Intermountain HealthCare and Veterans Affairs, as well as engineering work with accessibility-focused website development at WebAIM. Balaji holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Utah State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Sri Venkateswara University.
