Hillary Carter, MSHR, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles in the field of Human Resources. Hillary is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Trove Brands since December 2021. Prior to this, Hillary held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Director at Trove Brands from October 2020 to December 2021 and from January 2018 to October 2020, respectively. Hillary initially joined Trove Brands as an HR Manager in September 2014 and held the role till January 2018.

Before joining Trove Brands, Hillary worked at Remedy Informatics as an HR Manager from February 2013 to September 2014. Hillary'sresponsibilities included building the HR department from scratch and implementing efficient HR processes and procedures. Hillary successfully conducted the first benefits Open Enrollment during their tenure.

Hillary also served as an HR Generalist and HR Specialist at Amedica Corporation from June 2012 to February 2013 and from December 2011 to June 2012, respectively. Hillary'sroles included administering payroll and benefits systems, recruitment efforts, and maintaining HR compliance with state and federal agencies.

Prior to their corporate HR roles, Hillary worked as a Legal Assistant and Office Manager at Bastar & Singer, Attorneys at Law from December 2007 to December 2010. Hillary provided support in estate planning cases, business planning, and basic HR functions.

Hillary Carter, MSHR, PHR, has a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to this, they acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from the University of Utah between 2005 and 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Hillary holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in December 2021.
