Prior to this role, Stephanie held various positions in project management and business process optimization at Western Governors University, where significant contributions included overseeing process transformations and initiating metrics for student success. Stephanie's earlier career includes impactful roles at Seagate Technology, where responsibilities spanned quality management, supply chain analysis, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Stephanie earned an MBA from Western Governors University and holds dual undergraduate degrees from Gonzaga University in Mechanical Engineering and French.
