Ian Hepworth

Ian Hepworth has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ian most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Trove, where they oversaw all aspects of operations for a white-label e-commerce platform. Prior to Trove, Ian worked at Stitch Fix as the Director of Merchandise Strategy and Enablement, Director of Men’s Strategy and Enablement, and Director of Operations. Ian also held positions at Walmart eCommerce as Director of Transportation and Senior Manager of Operations. Earlier in their career, Ian worked as a Packard Environment Fellow at the Coral Reef Alliance, a CRM Developer at CrediClub, and a Senior Associate and Associate at Triage Consulting Group. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.

Ian Hepworth received their MBA in Global Management and Sustainability from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Ian Hepworth completed their high school education at Edina High School from 1997 to 2000.
