Taylor Lacass

Taylor LaCass has a diverse work experience in various roles related to information security, compliance, and operations management. Their most recent position is as the Director of Information Security & Compliance at Trove, starting in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SafeAuto from 2018 to 2021, initially as an IT Audit & Assurance Manager and later as an Information Security Manager. Before joining SafeAuto, Taylor held the position of Operations & Compliance Manager at Lyons, Doughty & Veldhuis, P.C./P.A., starting in August 2017 and ending in November 2018. They also have previous experience at Cheek Law Offices, LLC, where they served as a Compliance Manager from November 2012 to August 2017 and as a Paralegal from September 2009 to November 2012. In these roles, Taylor was responsible for developing and maintaining compliance programs, managing operations, conducting audits, and providing legal assistance.

Taylor LaCass has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Capital University, which was obtained in 2009. They also completed a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security - Risk Management from Concordia University-St. Paul in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
