Abby McDowell

Abby McDowell is currently a Nature-based Solutions Analyst at MSCI Carbon Markets, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Abby worked as a Nature-based Solutions Analyst at Trove Research from June to September 2023, and as a Development Associate at the Hoosier Environmental Council from May to September 2022. Abby gained experience as an intern with the Alliance for a Sustainable Amazon, focusing on conservation efforts in the Peruvian Amazon, and as a Research Assistant at Catalyst Recruitment Partners, supporting executive searches in various industries. Additional internships at A.E. Gustafsson Law Offices and the IU Center of Excellence for Women & Technology provided further professional development. Abby holds a Master's degree in Environmental Economics and Policy from Imperial College London and an undergraduate degree in Ethology from Indiana University Bloomington.
