Samuel Ford

Samuel Ford has a diverse work experience, starting as a Referee for US Youth Soccer from 2008 to 2010. Samuel then interned at BNY Mellon in 2011 and 2012 as a Summer Intern, and went on to work at Goldman Sachs from 2013 to 2016 as an Analyst and Summer Analyst in the Private Equity Group. In 2016, Samuel joined Berkshire Partners as an Associate in Private Equity. Samuel later worked at &pizza in 2019 as an MBA Intern, focusing on Growth Strategy. Samuel then moved to Airtable in 2020, where they held the roles of Strategy & Finance Manager from 2020 to 2022, and Head of Go-To-Market Strategic Finance from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Samuel is the Head of Finance at Pave since 2023.

Samuel Ford completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia, graduating with distinction in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Fox Chapel Area High School from 2006 to 2010. Recently, they earned an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, completing their master's degree in Business Administration in 2020.
