John Komp

John Komp has over 20 years of work experience in customer service and plan loading. John started their career in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative at Humana Inc., where they worked until 2001 before transitioning to the role of an Account Services Representative until 2006. From 2006 to 2012, they served as a Coding Analyst at Humana. In 2012, they joined Humana Inc. as a Plan Loading Specialist. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Job Searcher before joining Trover Solutions as a Customer Service Representative.

John Komp attended Webster University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
