Minal Deshkar

Minal Deshkar has over 13 years of professional work experience. Minal began their career in 2008 as a Team Lead at Accenture, where they were the sole team representative at the client site in the US and interacted with them daily on upcoming and ongoing requirements, business critical issues, high priority defects and daily team tasks. At Accenture, they also served as a Test Lead and Senior Test Analyst, and was responsible for preparing high level design and source to target mapping documents, devising test strategies and creating test plans, defining approaches for ETL testing, and drawing test estimates. In 2017, they moved to MNF Group as a Software Engineer in Test, where they were responsible for end to end test flow, including requirements gathering, analysis and discussions with business analysts, users and architects, and preparing test strategies and plans. Minal also assisted in development, review, execution and maintenance of automated test suites. Currently, Minal Deshkar is the Head of Quality Assurance at Trovio.

Minal Deshkar's education history includes a B. Tech in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008, and prior to that they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya.
