Allison Melfa

Allison Melfa is an established design professional with extensive experience in marketing and visual communications. Most recently serving as Art Director at OneMain Financial from September 2023 to February 2024, Melfa collaborated with various stakeholders to create impactful marketing materials that adhered to brand standards. Prior to this role, Melfa was a Senior Designer at T. Rowe Price from February 2023 to July 2023, contributing to segment marketing for individual investors and designing diverse marketing collateral in an agile environment. Melfa's design expertise was further demonstrated during time at Hearn Kirkwood, where USDA compliant food labels and sales materials were created, and at AMF Creative, where Melfa designed a wide array of client materials, including websites. Melfa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Design and Visual Communications from the University of Delaware, completed in 2013, following high school education at Notre Dame Preparatory School.
