Anna Finlay

Anna Finlay, PMP, PMI-ACP, is an experienced program and change management leader at T. Rowe Price since March 2017, currently serving as AVP, responsible for strategic initiatives impacting over $200 billion in client assets. With a strong background in business process improvement, Anna has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects, including a Salesforce rebuild, and has collaborated with senior leadership to align project charters and objectives within the organization.
