Ashley Bell

Ashley Bell, CAPM, currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, teaching Career Search Strategies in Business. Since October 2016, Ashley has held the position of Campus Relationship Manager and Early Talent Senior Recruiter at T. Rowe Price, where responsibilities include developing university relationships, implementing on-campus events, and leading diversity recruiting strategies. Prior experiences include participation in the CFO Rotational Program and roles as a Global Client Investment Reporting Specialist and Retail Account Specialist at T. Rowe Price. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Project Management from Morgan State University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations from the University of South Florida.
